Do I need a subscription or is there a commitment?
No. You can start completely risk-free with our Lite plan (0 € fixed costs) and no base fee. Only once your courses or room rentals grow can you switch flexibly at any time to one of our Pro or Business plans with even lower commission rates.
How am I protected against damage or no-shows?
Verified profiles and binding terms of use make sure everyone treats spaces and equipment with care. Self-employed course hosts are liable for damage they cause and usually carry their own professional liability insurance. Against payment defaults you're covered automatically: payments run through Stripe and participation fees are collected directly at the time of booking – you never have to chase unpaid amounts again.
How exactly do booking and payment work?
Everything runs fully automatically through the platform: customers book the course or room directly online and pay securely by credit card, PayPal, SEPA or Apple Pay. The money is paid out to your bank account automatically and the matching invoice is generated in the background with no extra effort.
